I am Esther, living in the Mathare slums in Nairobi, Kenya, is a determined individual with a dream of transforming her life and community through education. Growing up in Mathare, Esther has faced numerous challenges, from limited resources to daily hardships, but her passion for learning has been unwavering. She completed her basic education despite these obstacles, always maintaining a strong drive to pursue higher studies. Now, she’s eager to take the next step, furthering her education to acquire skills that will not only uplift her own life but also contribute positively to her community. With support from a fundraiser, Esther aims to attend a higher learning institution, gain valuable knowledge, and ultimately inspire others in Mathare by showing that, with determination and support, dreams are within reach.
