Help me please,am giving up,i need capital to start a business

Am a 36 year old single mom of 3 kids,both of my parents are deceased..am jobless and i have a sickly kid to take of,my 5year old son was diagnosed with PTB,the drugs are absolutely free but am not able to feed him well thus affecting his wellbeing.Family,kindly help me with 5,000usd to start a business so that i can afford to pay houserent,food and basic needs for my kids,we are really suffering,i have severe arthritis and this too is slowing me down but if i get a source of income,am able to manage my health condition so i can raise my kids.
