<span;>     I am a struggling worker as security guard who has been working for the last ten years .In this time I was trying my hard to support my two children including food,clothing and other expenses. The life condition in our country has become very hard for a struggling poor income individual like me.                                      Unfortunately I am newly diagnosed with a debilitating disease which is kidney failure. The treatment requires continuous treatment and follow up including frequent dialysis which costs a lot of money. My current salary is so little which barely sustain my necessary expenses to food and clothing for me and my two children.On this burden I acquired this chronic disease which I cannot afford for treatment which eventually leads to very bad consequences including being fatal if untreated .I have tried to collect little funds from good people and colleagues which can pay for only one month of treatment but the disease requires a life time of treatment and management. On top of that my children have no one to support other than me their livelihood will be disrupted like their education, daily food and occasional treatment when they are sick.
<span;>   Moreover due to this disease my work is interrupted and so our home which was inside the backyard of the institution I was working will no long<span;>er be available .So all three of us will be evicted and be exposed to street life.This disease resulted in ruining not only my life but also my children. Additionally I was learning distance education in private college which I was trying to improve our livelihood which is now interrupted.
<span;>  So if there is a kind person who can support me in treatment and follow up of this fatal disease which is very more than my situation and in the sustaining of my children livelihood including a rental small house and their daily food provision.I will be very grateful in advance for saving the life of three lives.
