Story

My name is Samantha, and I am a mother of three, originally from South Africa. My husband, who works as a Bolt driver, is from Congo. The ongoing conflict in Congo has severely impacted my mother-in-law and other widows in their community, leaving many without homes and businesses, and tragically, some have lost their children.

Given the dire circumstances they face, I have embarked on a project called “Help Congo Widows,” aiming to raise funds to support these women who are struggling to provide for their families and pay rent. The funds raised will go directly to my mother-in-law and the other widows, helping them to restart their businesses and regain their independence.

Unfortunately, my family is unable to assist financially due to our limited means. Therefore, I am reaching out to compassionate individuals like you who might be willing to help us make a difference in their lives.
