Hello,
My name is Christiana, and I am a single mum working as a civil servant in a health facility in Nigeria. Recently, I completed a course to become a medical laboratory technician, which I funded through loans. Currently, I use 80% of my salary to service this loan.
Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, and most of the medications I need are not available at the hospital, forcing me to buy them outside at a high cost. Due to financial constraints, I have not been able to take my medication for about three weeks now.
