Hi, my name is Robert and I’m a father doing everything I can to care for my 2-year-old son, Lil Rob

Life has been extremely difficult these past few months. After losing my job and apartment, we’ve been living in shelters and on the street, just trying to make it one day at a time. I’ve knocked on every door, applied for countless jobs, and asked for help where I could—but it’s been tough finding work without stable housing or childcare.

This isn’t easy to write. I’ve always been someone who tried to handle things on my own. But I’m reaching out now because I can’t do this alone anymore. My son deserves warmth, food, and a safe place to sleep. He deserves a chance to grow up without remembering hunger or cold nights.
