My name is Kudiwanaishe, and I’m a female

varsity student currently studying data science —a field I’ve grown to love deeply because I believe technology has the power to change lives. I’m working hard to create a better future, not only for myself but also for my family. But right now, I’m facing some serious challenges that are threatening my ability to stay in school and pursue my dreams.

I come from a very humble background. My mother is a single parent raising five children on her own.Three are in varsity

including me and one is doing her O level and the other her A level. My mom is one of the strongest people I know, always trying to provide for us despite the difficult circumstances. But the burden is heavy, and financially, things have been extremely tight. My tuition fees are overdue, and without help, I may be forced to pause my education—something I desperately want to avoid.

As a data science student, having access to a reliable laptop isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity. So much of what we do involves programming, designing, and building systems. Right now, I don’t have a personal laptop, which makes keeping up with assignments and projects incredibly hard. I often have to rely on borrowed devices or limited access at school, which is far from ideal.

To make things even harder, I currently live off res, and my rent is due. It’s not the safest or most comfortable living situation, but it’s what I can afford for now. My focus is to make it through this chapter of my life with determination, but I need help to do that.

I really tried to look for a part time job but given the situation in my country, it is a luxury.No part time jobs are available since they value full time of which it clashes with my academics. I don’t want to end in situations where i put my life and dignity in danger.

I’m not asking for a handout—I’m asking for a lifeline. Your support would help cover my tuition, secure a laptop so I can continue my studies effectively, and pay for my rent so I have a place to rest my head. Education is my way out, and I truly believe that with a little help, I can achieve something great and eventually be in a position to give back.
