Good Day Ma’am/Sir,

I’m begging you to help me to help my big sister to her condition. She had a heart enlargement condition, but she wanted to do some second opinion since she can’t accept the fact that she had that kind of condition. She needed to get some check up even though I don’t know the process but I know it needed a lot of money. My big sister is our breadwinner along with my other sister, she always there for us. She paid our rent, food, snacks, tuition and school contributions. Since senior high school she became our second mom. And I really want to help them, I’m too young to do some job and I just seadched here on internet where to find some donor or someone’s who loves to help other people.
