Hello, and thank you for reading.
I’m a grandmother doing everything I can to care for my 10-year-old grandson. We recently lost our home and are now living out of our car. It’s been incredibly hard—especially watching him go without the basics that every child deserves.
His pants are all too short now, and his shoes are so tight they’re hurting his feet—but we can’t afford to replace them. He tries not to complain, but I see the discomfort and frustration he feels.
We’re seeking help for:
Proper clothing and shoes for him
Temporary shelter so we can sleep somewhere safe
Food and hygiene items to make it through the week
If you can help in any way—even with just a few dollars—it would mean the world to us. I never thought I’d be in a position like this, but I’m asking for my grandson’s sake. We just need a little bit of kindness to get back on our feet.
