Story
In October 2024, my life took an unexpected turn when I lost my job. What I thought would be a temporary setback has turned into a long, difficult journey. I’ve spent the past months actively searching for new work, but every door seems to be closed. I poured all my savings into an incredible opportunity for a cruise ship job, a dream I had hoped would be my way forward. But after investing everything I had, I was heartbreakingly denied the necessary visa, and the company went silent. I felt completely defeated. Now, I’m back at my mom’s house, feeling stuck and unable to move forward. This campaign is about more than just money; it’s about getting a fresh start and a chance to rebuild my independence.
My goal is to raise $2,000. This isn’t for a vacation or anything extravagant. This is a critical amount that will act as my second chance—a way to get back on my feet and begin my life again. I need this to secure a safe, stable place to live so I can focus on my job search without the added stress of feeling like a burden.
How the Funds Will Be Used
