My name is Jaswinder Singh, and I come from a small town in India. Growing up, I always dreamed of achieving something greater than what life seemed to offer in our humble home. My parents, who work tirelessly as daily wage earners, have always believed in the power of education to change lives. Despite our financial struggles, they supported me through school, sacrificing their comforts so I could have a brighter future.

This year, I was thrilled to be accepted into college to pursue a degree that will help me break the cycle of poverty for my family. For us, this wasn’t just an acceptance letter—it was a ticket to hope. But now, as I stand at the edge of this opportunity, I face a financial hurdle that feels impossible to overcome.
