I am Dim Adaobi. I am 34 years old. I have only two kids.
I lost my husband on the 4th of July, 2015 to multiple organ failure and since surviving with children who don’t even know their father was very difficult.
The business he left behind suffered many sorts of man-made intentional blows and eventually the business closed down.
On Monday, 21st of October, 2024, I resumed to work as a full time Primary teacher in a private primary school within my vicinity.
But my salary is less than 60,000 naira due to tax deduction.
As the current situation in my country is plummeting, I have surfed the net countless number of times to find any online job, till now I haven’t found any yet.
It was through this process I bumped into cyberbeg and since it is genuine, I decided to offload the burden on my shoulder to seek for help and unfortunately, I cannot afford the to pay the $15 because For some time now, I have been borrowing to feed I and my kids.
I am very afraid that I won’t be able to pay for my children’s school fees as schools in Lagos are resuming on the 6th of January, 2025
Their school fees are between the range of $150 – $200 for other hidden costs and services that would come up.
I Hold a BSc degree in Economics but I intend to further my Studies in a foreign land due to technological advancement and equally connections that would help me re-strategize my business in the future.
The little money I had on me Was spent on the application fees of the three public Canadian universities I applied to but was denied admission due to limited seat.
I have pushed my attention to Austria since most of their public universities do not require application fees for one to apply.
So far, I have gathered my documents and equally gotten an appointment date which is scheduled on the month of February, 2025 at VFS Lagos Nigeria.
As it stands now, I don’t have the verification fee, 500 Euros for family and other service charges that might be less than $100.
Afterwards, I would proceed to the Austrian Embassy at Abuja to get my documents legalized before using it to apply to any of the public universities of my choice in Austria. The Legalization fee for each document is 80 Euros and I have about three academic documents that needed to be legalized.
Finally, I need about $45,000 for proof of funds
and about $10,000 that would cover I and my kids’ VISA fees, flight tickets and miscellaneous expenses.
