Story

MALAWI, a small peaceful Southern African country has for the past 3 years faced extreme disasters: 3 cyclones, a Cholera outbreak and a serious drought. Now most people in Southern Districts of Malawi are living on handouts, wild roots and fruits. Recently there have been deaths and sicknesses due to eating of buffalo beans and other unknown roots. The impact of this hunger situation is even worse on female headed households. With a few dollars you can help people in my village to buy maize flour {staple food} and live a decent life for a few more days.hunger 2
