Couple needs to escape horrible situation
Story
I don’t know how else to say this: we’re stuck in something dark, and we can’t get out without help.
I’ve been fighting every day to protect someone I love, my wife, from people who don’t care if she lives or dies, just so long as they can keep using her. We’ve held on this long with scraps, favors, and prayer. But now, we’re out of time and out of options.
We need to leave. To survive. To heal. But survival costs money—gas, food, somewhere to go, a chance to be free of the people who’ve been hurting my wife. I’ve tried everything I can think of, sold what I could, and now I’m asking for help.
If you’ve got even a little to spare, please know it would mean the world to us. A few dollars could help us take a step away from fear and toward safety. Even sharing this could reach someone who can.
