Explanation of My Situation – Cost of Building My House & Increasing Cost of Living

I am writing this message with sincerity and hope, to explain the challenges I am currently facing in building my home and managing basic living expenses. My goal is to raise $150,000, which will help me complete my house and cover essential costs during this difficult period. This request comes after doing everything within my ability to manage the situation independently, but the rising cost of construction materials and the high cost of living have made it impossible to continue without external support.

The dream of building my own house has been a long-term goal—one that represents security, stability, and a safe place to call home. I began this project believing I could complete it step by step with careful planning and financial discipline. However, the economic environment has changed drastically. Prices of essential building materials such as cement, sand, bricks, steel, tiles, electrical items, and roofing materials have increased beyond what I initially budgeted. Labor costs have also risen significantly, making each stage of construction more expensive than expected.

Despite my best efforts, I have reached a point where the financial burden is too much to handle alone. Every step forward requires more funds, and delays in construction lead to even higher costs over time. Completing the house is not just a want—it is a necessity. Having a stable home would help me build a secure future, reduce long-term expenses, and provide a sense of safety and belonging.

At the same time, the high cost of living has added immense pressure. Daily expenses such as food, utilities, transportation, healthcare, and other basic needs continue to rise. Managing these expenses while also trying to fund the construction has become extremely challenging. Even with strict budgeting and cutting unnecessary costs, my income is simply not enough to cover everything.
