Story
Hi, l am a special educator who serves students in the middle school setting. They are in need of financial assistance so they may actively participate in the Community Based Instruction (CBD) field trips. During these trips the students practice using a budget to shop for groceries, eat lunch at a restaurant, purchasing personal items, etc. This population presents with low intellectual abilities and must be taught to do things that come naturally for many general education students.
