My dad had a gift: he could turn a simple cookout into a celebration, and food into an experience. After he passed, I knew I had to carry that torch. Not just for him, but for everyone who’s ever felt love come through a plate of good BBQ.
Today, Best Thing Smoking is more than just a BBQ business—it’s a movement rooted in legacy, flavor, and connection. Every brisket, rib, turkey leg, and burger we serve is crafted with that same care and soul. We offer catering, delivery, and shipping, bringing that backyard magic to people across our community and beyond.
We’re now raising funds to expand our reach—scaling our operations, enhancing our mobile and delivery capabilities, and ultimately opening a flagship location that honors where we started while embracing where we’re going.
