Hey everyone I am a young 19 year old female with a baby on the way by October 10th 2024. I was in a DV case with the baby daddy and he was making the income. I can’t live of of working 13/hr as a single mom. I dont want to exploit myself for money or become a entertainment worker. My collage fund is paying for my rent and I have no assistance. I am a past foster kid and have no one to help. I tried getting the Baby Daddy out but I cant no matter what I say. He was my only support. My oldest sister died from DV and I understand why. Sometimes being in bad situations can help you survive just long enough. I really want to change for my baby but this economy makes it hard to even make money as a young women with no higher education. I didnt realize how much my life would turn for the worst after the state decided to stop helping. Foster Care messed up my whole life. I had a 3.9 GPA and was looking into collage not even a year ago and now all that has disappeared.
