I’m a single mom doing everything I can to keep a safe, stable home for my son. We left a domestic violence situation, and rebuilding our lives has been harder than I ever expected. I’ve been working, budgeting, and stretching every dollar, but this month we’ve hit a point where I can’t cover everything on my own.

My son depends on the stability of our home. After everything we’ve been through, safety and routine mean everything to him. I’ve been trying to hold everything together quietly, but the truth is that we’re struggling more than I can manage alone right now.

Asking for help is something I never imagined I’d have to do. But keeping our home is the most important thing in the world to me — it’s the foundation of the healing and stability my son needs. Any support, no matter how small, goes directly toward keeping a roof over our heads and protecting the progress we’ve fought so hard to make.
