First of all I want to say God bless everybody my name is is Ruben Silva and I am a army veteran of 18 years and while I was serving I was shot in my cheek and it knocked out almost all my teeth when they exit the other cheek and killed one of my best friends and I’ve been having problems eating for a lot of 9 years and I can’t take the pain no more and I would like to take a picture with my granddaughter at least smile once in my life from you find it in your heart a quarter of 50 cents a dollar to Dollars anything will help I would appreciate it and God will also thank you so much Ruben Silva
