🆘 URGENT HELP NEEDED – FOOD & MEDICAL SUPPO

I am currently going through a very difficult and painful situation. I am suffering from a severe stomach ulcer, and the pain becomes very intense whenever I don’t eat. Right now, I have no food and no financial means to afford basic meals or medication.

This situation has left me weak and struggling daily. The hunger combined with the ulcer pain is making my condition worse, and I am finding it hard to cope.

I am sincerely reaching out for urgent help from kind-hearted people. I am not asking for luxury—just support to get food and basic medication so I can stabilize my health and regain strength.
