Person with Asperger Syndrome and Diabetes

I am a person living with Asperger Syndrome. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I do not have any problems buying medication for Diabetes, but the medication and other treatment for the co-morbid conditions of Asperger Syndrome is expensive.

I would like to be able to afford those medication.
I would also be able to afford the treatment for the co-morbid conditions.
