Ive had 3 Jobs all my life(46) and 3 weeks ago I lost my last one of 2 1/2 years. I have no money and my power /water bills are due. I am alone and have applied for all the state and local programs to help me,,but no word yet.. Please help me.. I have never been in a situation like this before and Im scared. 4078521344
