No sad story. Just need help.

The honest truth is...When I turned 18 I was fooled into thinking that I had to get a credit card. The 18 year old me was TERRIBLE with money. Nowadays, you can't even make a purchase without a credit card! Next thing I know there was college, engagement, marriage and a house. Boom. Fast forward 10 years later and now I am swimming in debt. Just like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
