20 year old boy in a bad situation

Hello! im a 20 year old guy, i have an apartment where i pay 720Dollars each month, wich is considered cheap where im from, i have alot of dept and i am trying to get my life back on track, started training, and i am gonna start school again after summer if i get my dept away, and i ask all you good people pls help me.
I really wanna start making something out of myself.

Ill take anything too help...
