House Repairs

Hi, I'm a hard working single woman who's house is falling apart. I need help to stop the situation getting worse. I dont drink, dont smoke and went out twice last year as every penny I earn goes towards bills and house repairs.
Last year I saved to pay for new windows and a damp proof course as I had mould in my rooms. I still need major work done, my priorities are to replace the boiler, fix the roof and modernise the electrics so me and my two pussy cats are safe and warm.
