Have Multiple Sclerious and broke need help

Hi my name is Donna
I have had MS for 18yrs , I have 2 children and have been divorced for 3 1/2 yrs. I am living the best I can on Social Security . Now I am so far in debt I have only $70 a month to live on after all my regular bills are paid not including groceries. Not used to begging for help. Its been a struggle .
