Please Help Keep the Heat On

I owe $300 in utilities. Last time I tried to pay my electric bill, I accidentally overdrew my account. Please help me get caught up so that this basic necessity is no longer a worry. I have a little bit of low-paid temp work at the moment, but that's it. It's not going to go far in covering basic housing, etc.
